Assists the Director of Parks and Recreation with Division Head responsibilities. Has direct responsibility and supervision for departmental divisions as assigned. Provides professional staff assistance to divisional teams, special interest groups, community organizations, organizational departments and outside agencies on a wide variety of tasks. Conducts broad organizational analysis and prepares reports on a range of operational policies, procedures, and services. Participates in the management team for internal operating policies and the financial direction of the department.
