Director of Performance Dietetics-Olympic Sports
The University of Wyoming is currently seeking applications for the position of Director of Performance Dietetics-Olympic Sports. This position will report to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration or designee. Duties will include: •Provide appropriate nutritional interventions for student-athletes including, but not limited to, weight management, management of diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, anemia, eating disorders and disordered eating, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, food allergies and intolerances, reducing inflammation, injury prevention & healing. •Assess and counsel student-athletes and staff regarding appropriate and legal use of dietary supplements, regularly banned drugs, and restricted substances in compliance with sport governing bodies; e.g., N
