GENERAL PURPOSE Under the direction of the Assistant City Administrator/Public Works Director this position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising a wide range of recreational, aquatic, and community/senior center programs and events. The role oversees the development and implementation of policies, manages program staff and operations, and ensures safe, high-quality services for residents of all ages. This position also supports community engagement, public relations, facility coordination, budgeting, and the promotion of active and inclusive participation across all programs.
