The Director of Sport Performance and Head Athletic Trainer oversees Athletic Training and Strength and Conditioning within the Department of Athletics and Recreation at Bard College. The position will supervise two full-time Assistant Athletic Trainers and one part-time Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, and will be responsible for physical preparation and rehabilitation for all varsity student athletes, and for some instructional programming for the general student body. Coordinates and supervises medical coverage for all varsity team practice and home intercollegiate events, including direct supervision of several sports and hiring of per diem Athletic Trainers as needed Organizes and facilitates all necessary documentation including to, but not limited to, injury report
