POSITION SUMMARY The manager will lead the management of Grinnell College’s Bear Center, athletic facilities, and Equipment Room to develop and maintain a positive user and student experience. The professional will oversee facility maintenance with an understanding of risk and safety, be responsible for the Bear Center budget, supervise professional staff, and coordinate the department’s equipment and its maintenance.
