The Coordinator of Recreational Sports (RecSports) for Aquatics & Operations is primarily responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of hires, trains, schedules, supervises and evaluates student staff to manage the Student Recreation and Fitness Center (Student Rec), including a comprehensive aquatics program. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director for Aquatics & Operations and will support the department’s vision, goals, and objectives.
