JOB SUMMARY The Recreation Supervisor of Athletics in Parks and Recreation is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of athletic programs and sports leagues for the community. This role ensures that all recreational sports activities, including youth and adult leagues, tournaments, and special athletic events, are well-organized, safe, and enjoyable for participants. The supervisor manages all aspects of these programs, from scheduling and facility coordination to staff training and participant engagement.
