PURPOSE SUMMARY.  Under general direction, manage recreation centers and county-wide special events when recreation centers and parks are utilized.   Manages quality of life initiatives through effective planning, staff management, and resource allocation. Plan, supervise and implement programs, services and activities for recreation facilities County-wide Coordinate with director to develop objectives for long and short-range use of recreation facilities. Establish scope, schedule, and expectations of plans and objectives. Manage projects with staff in other departments. Conduct presentations and attend meeting
