GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES  This position directs the Parks & Recreation Department through delegation of responsibility to division and section heads for its day-to-day operations Administers a diverse recreation program and municipal park system, which includes municipal parks and open space, trails, and athletic complexes.
