The City of Ventura is hiring!  We are continuing to accept applications for the position of Facilities Maintenance Worker I/II.  There are currently two vacancies that we are looking to fill immediately. One vacancy is with the City's Parks and Recreation Department and the other vacancy is with the City's Public Works Department. The Facilities Maintenance Worker I/II performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled construction, installation, maintenance and repair work on municipal buildings and equipment, aquatics systems and parks equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on a team or individually. The selected person will be skilled at performing maintenance and r
