Ticket and Event Operations Manager
Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs, the Ticket & Event Operations Manager is responsible for ticket operations and event management across all sports. Job Summary: Manages operations for home contests across all sports, including staffing, communicating with opponents and officials, setup and breakdown, game administrator duties, and any other logistics/operations functions related to hosting department events. Manages ticket sales for ticketed sports, including parking, and daily and game day ticket office operations. Answers the phone and emails and takes customer orders over the phone and in person.
