Customer Experience Administrator
The City of Redmond is a thriving, culturally diverse community and home to over 72,000 residents. Redmond is the hub to an array of commerce and industry ranging from technology, aerospace and gaming to biomedical and innovation start-ups.  The Parks and Recreation Department is responding to the growing needs of the City, consider joining our team as a Customer Experience Administrator. The talent you bring will help us manage the customer service program, year-round training calendar, and support cost of service through accurate and efficient tracking and reporting of recreation services, activities, and fees. This position also develops strategies to enhance the customer experience through accessible tools, consistent internal processes and procedures, and efficient use
