Mountlake Terrace is a welcoming community of four square miles and a newly renovated Civic Campus that includes a new City Hall, Police Station Addition and Public Plaza. Located just 8 miles north of Seattle, the Mountlake Terrace light rail station is scheduled to open in late 2024. Mountlake Terrace is experiencing redevelopment and many new residents moving into city limits. The Recreation Pavilion offers an 87 degree leisure pool, lazy river, lap pool, deep water tank, therapy pool and sauna. Swimmers can experience water fitness classes, recreation swims, leisure swims, safety courses, aquatic summer camp, summer swim team and pool rentals.
