In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee planning, budgeting, and performance initiatives that support more than 7,000 acres of parks, facilities, and recreation spaces. Working collaboratively with County leadership, local governments, and community partners, you’ll ensure that Oakland County Parks continues to deliver exceptional experiences and lasting value for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management functions of the Parks & Recreation system.
• Collaborate with local governments, community partners, and County departments to align park development with community needs.
• Lead master planning efforts, manage capital and operational budgets, and identify alternative funding opportunities.
• Represent the Parks Division at Commission and Board meetings, presenting recommendations and updates on performance outcomes.
