- Strategic planning for a variety of facilities and activities hosted by the Parks department
- Advance the Parks Department through fiscally responsible and future-ready planning.

- Prior administrative supervisory experience with a Parks and Recreation team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience, Education, and Training
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation, Business, Public Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Zoology, Conservation Management (depending on assignment) or related field;
AND- At least four years of responsible work experience at an administrative supervisory level in the parks and recreation field.
PREFERRED- Master's Degree and/or continued/specialized education in the Parks & Recreation field.
Licensing/Certification- Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) or other related licenses/certifications as deemed necessary.
