About the Role

Pictona at Holly Hill is looking for a mission-driven, results-oriented Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth.  This role offers the chance to run one of the premier pickleball facilities in the U.S., while making a real impact on health, wellness, and community life in the greater Daytona, Florida area.

As Executive Director, you'll report directly to the Board of Directors and oversee a full team of department managers.  You'll be the bridge between strategy and execution, leading organizational planning, financial health, community partnerships, programming, and facilities.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic leadership and set vision-aligned goals

Manage staff and departments across operations, events, marketing, and more

Act as a public ambassador and spokesperson for Pictona locally and nationally

Cultivate sponsors, donors, and community relationships

Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and revenue growth

Champion innovative programs that align with Pictona's mission

Monitor trends in recreation and pickleball to keep Pictona at the forefront

Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards

3-5+ years of executive experience, ideally in nonprofit, sports, hospitality, or recreation

Track record of managing budgets, leading teams, and delivering results

Strategic planning and organizational leadership skills

Comfort in public-facing roles and community engagement

A passion for health, wellness, and inclusive recreation

About Pictona at Holly Hill

Pictona at Holy Hill is a 501(c)(3) entity, established in 2018 to serve as a leading Pickleball facility and community destination. With over 1400 members and growing, Pictona features 49 courts, a fast-casual restaurant, a vibrant schedule of tournaments and events, and a range of programs designed to promote health, wellness, and community engagement. Supported primarily by membership fees, sponsorships, and event revenues, Pictona has quickly become a cornerstone of the pickleball community in the greater Central Florida region.
