JOB SUMMARY:  The Superintendent - Parks utilizes strong people management skills to coordinate, supervise, schedule and review the work of the parks North, South and Right-of-Way crews. Assigns projects to be done, coordinates activities and reviews progress. Handles personnel matters, hires, evaluates, trains and terminates employees.  Develops estimates and administers several units of the budget and makes recommendations to the Assistant Director.
