The Assistant Department Director of Community Recreation leads the division in coordinating and managing numerous recreation centers, programs, events, and partnerships in a prescribed region of the parish. The Assistant Director performs advanced professional work within the administrative office and is responsible for the administration, staffing, training, scheduling and security of facilities and parks under the direction of the Department Director Recreation May assume responsibilities of the Department Director Recreation in their absence.
