The City of Newport is seeking a professional and experienced individual to fill the position of Aquatic Specialist. This position will provide leadership to lifeguard staff on and off the pool deck. Ensures the safety of patrons of an aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies. Provides for health, safety and welfare of all patrons at all times. Assist with the development, preparation, and execution of aquatics programs. Assist with pool and facility maintenance.
