Camp Summit seeks a full-time year-round camp director. We provide residential camping experiences for children and adults who have developmental, intellectual, and physical or multiple disabilities, ranging in age from 6-99 years. This dynamic, focused, and committed individual will develop & implement year-round camping programs at our 460-acre, barrier-free facility, located in Paradise, TX. Responsibilities include: developing, delivering, strengthening, and expanding the camp program; supervising the Assistant Camp Directors, Healthcare Supervisor, Registrar, and Kitchen Manager; and leading the hiring, coordinating & supervising of the seasonal staff and volunteers.  This individual will serve on the staff leadership team of Camp Summit.    To be considered, please send a c
