The Capital Project Manager will perform professional landscape architectural work involved in the design, investigation, and construction of parks and recreation capital improvement projects including park and trail planning and construction, irrigation systems, grading and drainage, parking, and structures; to act as a project manager on assigned projects.  This position performs a full range of duties as assigned, working independently and exercising judgment and initiative.  Positions at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit.  This position will routinely interact with consultants, contractors, and departmental staff in all phases of project managem
