Woodlake Community Association (WCA) is currently seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented professional to provide leadership for the operations of and staffing at our community pools.  This position leads the aquatics operations - to include oversight and operational integrity of all of the mechanical equipment required to operate the pools safely and efficiently.  Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory matters, including OSHA and state/county health codes. The Director of Pool Operations is also responsible for staff hiring, training, and development (FT and PT), to ensure fiscal responsibility for all aquatic operations, and provide outstanding service to owners and guests in a quality environment.  Director will work with the rest of the Woodlake Leadership
