Description Under general supervision, the Senior Park Ranger assists with the planning and development of the Park Ranger Program and provides leadership to the Rangers.  Examples of Duties Plans, organizes, directs, and reviews development and coordination of Park Ranger program.  Works with public and other entities to resolve issues; schedules assigned rangers and performs record keeping and report writing. Coordinates training and development for rangers; issues and tracks equipment and schedules the park ranger's daily activities to ensure effectiveness based on current trends and circumstances.
