The Waterpark Manager is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and executing an operational management plan for a high-volume waterpark, annual special event, seasonal ice skating, and other park amenities including miniature golf and batting cages. Work is performed under the general direction of the Park Operations Superintendent with considerable latitude for independent judgment and action.  Position will supervise full-time staff which includes: Waterpark Aquatics Manager, Food, Beverage, & Retail Manager, Maintenance and Waterpark Technician, Crew Leader, part-time staff, and volunteers.  Annual performance goals will be set for the Waterpark Manager.  Waterpark Managers are eligible for lateral transfers within the organization Hiring
