POSITION PURPOSE:The Operations Manager is responsible for support of all functions related to a positive guest experience. Oversees the performance, efficiency and satisfaction of the Operations Team and ensures daily park operational standards are upheld.   ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Engages in active oversight of park operations through maintaining a visible in-park presence and active observation of quality service delivery across the park. Ensures Operations team members provide a positive guest experience in cleanliness of park grounds, including all guest spaces, restrooms, and general support areas.
