Lead the stewardship and daily operations of three iconic coastal parks, where your leadership will shape visitor experiences, protect natural resources and strengthen community connections. The Superintendent is responsible for the daily operations of Delaware Seashore, Fenwick Island and Holts Landing State Parks. This includes supervising, scheduling and evaluating staff; coordinating maintenance and visitor service programs; managing budgets and infrastructure planning; and overseeing recreational and educational programming. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with partners, adjacent landowners, and community groups to support park goals and enhance visitor experience.
