Summary Responsible for leading and directing the overall operations and maintenance for the City of Garland’s public parks, public exterior facilities, trails, medians, and right-of-ways. Also responsible for providing policy administration, budget analysis and recommendations, repair and renovation planning, resource allocation, and coordination of projects, renovations, and maintenance activities with other departments and governmental agencies.
