The Manager of Education & Recreation Program Services will lead a team focused on engaging diverse audiences through immersive, hands-on experiences with an emphasis on nature and environmental discovery, agriculture and homesteading skills, food and health, outdoor recreational activities, youth leadership, mobile recreation services, and the organization of special events. Responsible for the planning, developing, implementing and evaluation of a comprehensive County-wide Parks and Recreation system. Is responsible for managing the Oakland County Parks operating budget, revenues, and expenditures. Participates in establishing and revising the Master Planning of Parks in Oakland County.
