This position with rotating days to include weekends, and both day and evening hours, is in the Recreation Division of the Parks and Recreation Department. The Aquatics Program Manager will oversee the lifeguard teams and programs at the eight (8) summer seasonal pools and one (1) year-round aquatic facility. Under the general direction of the Recreation Superintendent, in this role you will establish goals and objectives, and plan, develop, implement, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate all aquatic programs and opportunities at each aquatic facility.
