The City of Fairfield is seeking an experienced and dynamic Parks and Recreation Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operation of its Aquatics, Youth and Adult Sports, and Senior Services program areas.  This position will coordinate and supervise the work of assigned staff and contracted service providers to deliver innovative, high-quality programs and activities with a focus on providing exemplary customer service.  The ideal candidate will have experience in each of the three primary areas with emphasis on Aquatic programming and supervision.   The work schedule for this Supervisory position is required to work either Saturday or Sunday and either 4-10 schedule or 5-8 schedule as negotiated.   WORKING CONDITIONS:Work is performed in
