The position manages the personnel and overall operations for the parks system to create a team- oriented, collaborative work ethic, including ensuring safe, efficient and innovative recreational opportunities, park system development and operations. This position works under the general supervision of the Director. This is an AFSCME Local 1917 position.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The following duties are normal for this position. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.  Monitors staffing needs to maintain adequate coverage while allowing for time off.
