JOB SUMMARY Performs responsible administrative and technical work associated with a specific, assigned area of discipline, requiring the exercise of judgment, and tact in day-to-day activities and in dealing with the public.  Responsibilities include developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing special events and/or programs, including the administration of departmental programs and projects that may significantly impact other County departments and/or the general public.
