Primary Objective The City of Bloomington is seeking an individual to manage all operations of the Community Health and Wellness Center (CHWC). These duties include management and accountability for all operational planning, financial performance, program development and implementation, hiring and supervision of staff, evaluation of performance metrics, and promotion and marketing.
