Job Description The City of Kettering’s Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as the Senior and Adult Program Supervisor. This Regular Full-Time position plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the Charles I. Lathrem Senior Center under the guidance of the Recreation Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the Senior and Adult Program Team, planning and executing engaging programs, and supervising part-time and contractual staff. This position requires initiative, professional judgment, and a commitment to excellence in program delivery and team leadership.
