About the job: The Aquatics Recreation Supervisor coordinates and supervises aquatic staff and programs, including youth through adult swim lessons, springboard diving, and novice swim team, clinics and special events, providing high quality, safe and enjoyable programs for the community. Serves as front line facility supervisor for staff ensuring that quality, safety and customer service standards are consistently maintained.   A day in the life: Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:  Manages and oversees all staff in program area, including providing direction and leadership to staff and volunteers.
