The Town of Lincoln, MA - an organization that believes that workforce diversity strengthens performance, integrity, trust, and partnerships with our staff, boards, committees, community, and guests - is seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time Assistant Director to work under the Parks and Recreation Director.  This position shall perform a variety of department functions and duties including, but not limited to, the management and operations of recreational programs, events and facilities including the direct oversight of the Codman Pool/Aquatics Programs as well as the Tri-Town Youth Basketball League. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the overall management of department programming, which includes marketing, registration, accounting, ins
