We are looking for couples to work as Camp Host for Summer 2025 at Smithville Lake in the Kansas City, Missouri area. The couple’s primary purpose in this seasonal position is to represent the Parks department as a host to park visitors assist in collecting fees and providing visitor assistance by responding to visitor requests (day/night). Organizational skills to assist tracking and assigning camping for over 700 campsites. Inform the public of rules and regulations, give general information, give directions, and answer various questions about park operations and park resources. Handle and accurately count money and make change. Operate basic office equipment and two-way radios. Camp Host couples live on site during the camping season (roughly April – September) in their own RV/Camper
