Duties:  Pool Facility Management/CIP Oversees seven year-round Aquatic facilities of varying types: competitive and leisure pools: manages and schedules maintenance and repairs: helps to identify and prioritize Capital Improvement Projects for the Aquatics areas; ensures employees are following proper daily, weekly, monthly maintenance and operational protocols. Coordinate facility space with other departments units (i.e. Fitness & Athletes, Recreation Center Services, Out-of-School Time, etc.); partner with outside departments such as EMS, Fire, Police and Schools to coordinate and collaborate on programs and services off
