This position is responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth business operation within the Parks, Recreation, and Public Services Department. This includes completing technical bookkeeping, clerical, and workflow assignments, and providing leadership to daily business services to include a combination of accounts receivable, accounts payable, daily deposits and cash receipts, facility reservations, vending and noise permits, department record-keeping, contract and project compliance, and front-line customer service. Following training as needed, this position will serve as an internal System Administrator for the department on our recreation (RecTrac) and financial (Munis) software.
