Job Summary The Assistant Director for Internal Operations will serve as the primary event operations manager for varsity athletics and is responsible for day-to-day NCAA and Conference Compliance Responsibilities. The Assistant Director will coordinate operations and event management for varsity events including serving as tournament director for select conference and NCAA post-season events hosted by UChicago and assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a commitment to fully engaging and embracing an educational and inclusive environment.
