FITNESS COORDINATOR
Johns Hopkins offers a robust recreation program, to include group fitness classes, personal training, outdoor experiential education, aquatic activities, sport clubs, and intramural sports. In a typical year, our programs and facilities receive approximately 250,000 visits from students, staff, and faculty. The Department of Recreation is the largest employer of students on campus, and additionally provides robust student leadership development opportunities. In 2021, Hopkins Athletics and Recreation completed a $27 million-dollar renovation and expansion of the Ralph S. O’Connor Center for Recreation and Well-Being. Built as a cross-collaborative campus destination, the facility features all new state-of-the-art equipment for strength and cardiovascular training, expanded group fitness
