Under general direction, plans, organizes, supervises, and implements comprehensive programs, activities, and events in athletics, aquatics, and recreation to include youth and adult leagues and tournaments, health and wellness programs, classes, children’s programs, day camps, community festivals and events, parades, concerts, etc for the community.  Oversees the day to day operations of parks and recreation facilities including but not limited to the Paducah Recreation Center, Noble Park Pool, Paducah Farmer’s Market, and Robert Cherry Civic Center.
