The Assistant Commissioner will be expected to monitor Conference and NCAA rules compliance, process violations and waivers, conduct investigations and enforcement when needed, and provide continuing education and regular updates to institutional Compliance Directors. Additionally, this person will plan league meetings, organize professional development programming for institutional representatives, oversee the GLVC Student-Athlete Advisory, Health & Wellness, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committees, assist with the administration and management of all championships, be directly involved with budget and finance operations, monitor adherence to the GLVC Strategic Plan, oversee the GLVC apparel program and other duties as assigned.
