The Position The Human Resources Director is an influential leader and strategist excited by the opportunity to impact the people strategy and vision that enables the long-term success of Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD). Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resources Director is a key member of the District’s leadership team and regularly collaborates across the organization to ensure the people strategy aligns with the District’s Comprehensive Plan and Strategic Plan.
