Assistant Director of Campus Recreation – Aquatics/Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swim Coach
Position Summary: Assistant Director for Campus Recreation - Aquatics / Assistant Men’s & Women’s Swim Coach reports directly to the Assistant Director of Athletics for Campus Recreation. The purpose of the position is to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Stevens Institute of Technology pool facilities, as well as to oversee and implement all aquatic related programs, staff, services, and events. The Aquatics Coordinator will coordinate regularly with the Assistant Director of Athletics for Campus Recreation and the Director of Athletics to manage safety, risk, and operation of the aquatic facilities. The purpose of this position is also to assist the head coach in managing all aspects of a highly competitive NCAA Division III Men’s & Women’s Swim program.
