The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations will independently engage, interact, and correspond with existing/potential donors and season ticket holders on issues such as seating (including priority seating), parking allocation, adjustments, and other related issues, all with the goal of cultivating ticket-related sales. This position not only involves overseeing ticket sales, but also managing ticket inventory, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring a smooth and efficient ticketing experience for customers.
