POSITION SUMMARY: Nestled in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia, the Piedmont Family YMCA serves the central Virginia community by investing in youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.  Our Aquatics department has cultivated partnerships with local school systems, nonprofits, volunteers, and more to integrate high-quality aquatics programming into the fabric of our community.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, mission-driven leader to join our team as our next Aquatics Coordinator.  The Aquatics Coordinator will assist in all aspects of the Aquatics program to include supervision of aquatics staff (swim instructors) and scheduling aquatic programs to include group swim lessons, private swim lessons, and school-based-learn-to-swim programming.
