JOB SUMMARY The Deputy Director of Administration will provide strategic and functional oversight of administrative services, including Human Resources, Community Relations, Information Technology, and the Richland County Recreation Foundation.  The position participates in Executive Leadership Team planning, high-level decision making, build and foster a success oriented and accountable organizational environment.  The incumbent will report to the Executive Director.
