Manages and directs a comprehensive offering of recreation operations for Bentonville Parks and Recreation. This position oversees a diverse offering of recreation programs and facilities including physical recreation activities, organized sports, aquatics, non-physical recreation activities, business development, facility usage, staffing, maintenance, custodial support, membership, and community relations. Develops comprehensive current, short-term, and long-term plans and programs for the utilization of facilities and recreation programs to support community needs.
