PURPOSE: The City of Newport is seeking a professional, dedicated, and experienced individual to fill the Aquatic Supervisor position. The position will be responsible to direct, administer, and supervise the activities, operations, and maintenance of the aquatics facility to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Develop, prepare, execute, and supervise all aquatics-related programs and staff to include budget development and administration, oversight of facility maintenance, and interaction with the public and co-workers. This is a full-time benefitted position. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and additional hours, if business needs dictate it.
